Supports R&D scientists with routine laboratory and sample-management tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include organizing, labeling, packaging, shipping, and tracking formulation samples; managing inventories; handling stability-chamber samples; calibrating laboratory equipment; documenting activities; and assisting with cosmetic formulation batch-making. The role is on-site, requires at least 20 hours weekly, safe lifting of up to 15 pounds, and adherence to laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, PPE, and documentation requirements.

Leads Vantage’s global Product Stewardship Customer Assurance function, managing customer inquiries involving regulatory, quality, technical, product safety, and compliance documentation. Oversees CRM caseloads, service levels, escalations, cross-functional response coordination, KPI reporting, process improvement, and a team of specialists. Partners with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technical Service teams to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent customer responses.

Coordinates daily production, inventory, warehouse, and logistics activities. Enters production, transfer, receipt, and finished-goods transactions in NAV; monitors inventory accuracy and variances; prepares production and warehouse documents; coordinates sample fulfillment and shipping labels; and provides backup support for shipment scheduling, freight quotes, trailer moves, bulk shipments, and bills of lading.

Develops business development strategy and strategic account plans for specialty chemical ingredients serving pharmaceutical and OTC markets. Identifies leads, evaluates market trends and customer needs, guides innovation and product selection, coordinates key accounts, and uses CRM to manage opportunities and customer information. Requires a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, industrial pharmacy, or a related technical field, plus two years of relevant business development experience. The role is telecommutable within the United States.

Drive sales growth for specialty inert chemical ingredients and adjuvants in agricultural markets across Mexico and LATAM. Develop strategic accounts, generate new business, manage pipelines and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Supply Chain), support distributors, represent the company at industry events, and deliver on annual sales and margin targets.
