Provides program management consulting for complex medical technology projects, developing strategies, governance, implementation plans, risk mitigations, stakeholder communications, and data-driven recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional activities across initiation, planning, execution, verification, and design transfer while supporting product development, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.

Supports customer satisfaction, retention, and communication for assigned medical device manufacturing accounts. Coordinates customer requests and deliverables, communicates manufacturing order statuses, escalates concerns, maintains accurate records, reports KPIs, supports onsite customer visits, identifies process improvements, and enhances ERP/CRM workflows. The role collaborates closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Excellence teams.

Leads new product introduction activities from development through manufacturing transfer. The role ensures manufacturability, testability, scalability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable production processes. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA, process development and improvement, technical problem resolution, KPI management, cost optimization, project budget and timeline oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. The position supports medical device manufacturing involving electronic, software, and mechanical subsystems.
