Support reinsurance pricing across specialty, property, and emerging-risk lines. Develop and maintain stochastic pricing models, perform exposure analysis and portfolio rollups, conduct pricing adequacy reviews, and provide underwriting recommendations. Lead marketing and communications for Vantage’s Insurance segment. Set marketing strategy, connect campaigns to underwriting results, create broker-facing content, manage email programs, support CRM implementation, develop event and sponsorship strategy, and oversee branded promotional materials. Partner closely with underwriting, distribution, brokers, and senior leadership to strengthen the Insurance business’s brand, communications, and sales enablement efforts.

Provides corporate legal counsel across governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, tax, technology, vendor management, and insurance operations. Responsibilities include supporting boards and shareholders, reviewing audit materials, managing vendor contracts, advising on transactions and M&A, preparing regulatory filings, developing compliance programs, and guiding risk management. The role requires practical business advice, strong legal analysis, leadership, negotiation, communication, and 10–15 years of counsel experience, ideally in insurance or reinsurance.
