Reviews and analyzes construction, vendor, NDA, work authorization, and change order contracts. Ensures documents align with company policies, executed agreements, risk guidelines, and delegation of authority. Coordinates with Legal, Construction, Finance, and business stakeholders to finalize, approve, execute, and track contracts. Maintains workflow records, supports process improvements, provides requestor training, and assists with special projects in a high-volume environment.

Leads country-level People and Culture activities across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. Provides senior stakeholder advice, employment-law expertise, employee-relations oversight, policy development, compliance management, compensation reporting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and people metrics reporting. Partners with regional Employee Relations, Learning and Development, shared services, and analytics teams while promoting culturally sensitive, legally compliant, and high-performance workplace practices.

Leads critical facilities engineering and operations at a data center, managing engineers, maintenance, work orders, contractors, training, customer communications, budgets, projects, and emergency response. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, building systems performance, inventory, capital planning, and infrastructure improvements. Serves as the primary technical expert for electrical and mechanical systems while supporting team development and facility reliability.
