Teams at Vantage Data Centers

Manages uninterrupted 24/7/365 operation of a Tier III data center campus, overseeing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, maintenance, repairs, commissioning, testing, safety, budgets, CMMS programs, contractors, and technical procedures. Leads facility specialists and technicians, coordinates customer interactions, maintains reliability and compliance programs, and develops staff training and operational documentation.

Leads North American strategic sales initiatives, supports pursuit strategy for hyperscale and enterprise customers, builds executive relationships, enables account teams, improves forecasting and quota attainment, and collaborates across engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal. Provides sales leadership, mentorship, and governance while identifying markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities. The role is remote in the US and requires travel up to 50%.

Lead global energy systems strategy and product roadmap for Vantage, defining scalable energy architectures, partnerships, and deployment models across generation, storage, grid integration, and market participation to enable repeatable platform capabilities.
