Lead strategic APAC accounts to drive retention and growth: execute account plans, collaborate with sales and operations, monitor KPIs, support renewals/pricing, resolve client issues, and improve account management processes.

Manage site deployment and operational readiness for new data centers: coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning and operations; review technical documentation; recruit and train operations staff; ensure systems (CMMS, asset management, security, billing) and procedures (MOP, SOP, EOP) are in place for turnover; track schedules, risks, and quality for successful site handover.

Design, deploy, and maintain network-based security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM). Identify and remediate vulnerabilities from penetration tests and scans, coordinate remediation with network and cybersecurity teams, upgrade firmware/software, tune security policies, and ensure alignment of security controls with network performance and enterprise standards.
