Perform high-complexity molecular testing on human specimens including DNA/RNA extraction and PCR using manual and automated workflows. Maintain quality systems (SOPs), logs, and equipment; troubleshoot processes; use LIS/LIMS; support process improvements and communicate workflow insights to product development. Work onsite on assigned shift and follow regulatory (CLIA/CAP) requirements.
