Perform daily transactional accounting and journal entries in the ERP, manage employee expense claims and petty cash, support month-end close and audit documentation, and coordinate cross-border billing and expense inquiries using English-based systems.

Support day-to-day operations of VanMoof's Amsterdam offices, assisting with facilities and workplace management, vendor coordination, office services, event planning, bi-weekly lunches, and employee experience initiatives. Provide daily employee and visitor support, help execute office events, research local partnerships and perks, and contribute to workplace culture and continuous improvements.

The Sourcing Specialist will manage and optimize supply chains for electronic components, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and ensure production continuity.

Work with electrical and embedded software teams to design, implement, integrate, test, and maintain subsystems for connected e-bikes. Participate in system bring-up, validation, certification, code and design reviews, and collaborate across R&D in Amsterdam and Taipei.
