Own end-to-end customer onboarding, including identity and security integrations. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion while monitoring customer health. Lead executive business reviews and debriefs, troubleshoot API and identity-provider integrations, coordinate with engineering, maintain CRM accuracy, and relay customer feedback to product. The role requires strong technical fluency, communication skills, and experience managing B2B customer relationships.

Lead positioning and go-to-market for exposure management: translate technical findings into buyer narratives, run flagship research, create content and campaigns, enable sales and partners, build case studies, and drive ABM demand to generate pipeline.

Serve as the technical voice in deals: run technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, manage POCs/pilots, respond to RFPs/RFIs, build technical collateral, and enable channel partners to demonstrate VanishID's privacy and security platform.
