Leads complex justice and public-sector capital projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, risk, procurement, contracts, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Serves as liaison among owners, agencies, designers, contractors, and consultants; oversees project controls and compliance; resolves issues; and mentors project staff. Projects include courthouses, corrections, detention, law enforcement, public safety, and other essential-services facilities.

Leads K-12 education bond programs and capital projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Oversees project teams, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, risk, contracts, reporting, and client relationships. Develops master schedules, implementation plans, and quality systems; manages project controls and dispute resolution; ensures contractual compliance and timely deliverables. Also supports staff development, stakeholder presentations, and business opportunity development.

Assists Project Managers with planning, coordination, cost and schedule controls, project documentation, meetings, communications, approvals, contractor oversight, and construction closeout. The role supports projects from identification through completion and may supervise administrative, field, or project engineering staff.
