Provides technical leadership, coaches engineers, advances DevOps and SRE practices, supports multi-cloud operations and AI infrastructure, and partners across technology teams to improve resiliency, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Strengthen fraud risk management through market awareness, control innovation, process improvement, technology evaluation, and product risk assessment. The role applies automation and AI to improve governance, workflows, risk detection, and decision support. It partners with fraud, product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams, develops business cases for control enhancements, and supports governance, reporting, documentation, and recommendation tracking.

Design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale AI applications, LLM-powered services, cloud-native applications, APIs, and automation solutions. Architect scalable and secure systems, improve performance and reliability, build deployment pipelines, resolve complex technical challenges, and establish engineering standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical discussions and code reviews, mentor engineers, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
