Performs daily fund and investment operations, maintains fund-level controls and procedures, monitors operational risks, prepares client reporting, and supports contingency, information security, and special project initiatives. Builds relationships with internal and external partners while ensuring timely service delivery, process adherence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.

Provides advanced software quality assurance through automated and manual testing, test strategy development, regression and performance testing, API validation, test data analysis, and design reviews. The role identifies defects, improves QA standards and workflows, supports CI/CD integration, and mentors junior staff. It requires collaboration across IT teams in Agile environments and expertise with Selenium, API testing, performance testing, and quality management tools.

Serve as Vanguard’s legal subject matter expert on artificial intelligence, advising on cross-jurisdictional regulations, governance, risk, ethics, contracts, vendors, data use, and responsible AI adoption. Develop policies, compliance controls, contract templates, and governance frameworks while monitoring regulatory developments. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Risk, and business stakeholders; provide training and translate complex AI and technical issues into practical legal guidance.
