Design, implement, and tune real-time fraud rules and detection strategies for participant transactions. Monitor rule performance, analyze fraud trends, support investigations and reporting, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and ensure controls meet governance and compliance standards.

Lead architecture and operation of large-scale, highly available Elasticsearch clusters for a SIEM platform. Design ingestion pipelines, enforce ECS mappings, integrate AWS and streaming/data lake services, implement lifecycle and security controls, optimize queries and dashboards with Detection teams, ensure resilience and DR, monitor platform health, define SLOs, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers.

The Technical Product Manager will lead product vision and planning for work management, ensuring alignment across teams, managing portfolio tradeoffs, driving adoption, and delivering intuitive experiences.
