The Senior ICT Specialist will support international IT infrastructure projects, monitor datacenter health, and manage hardware/software inventory while providing end-user support.

Oversee daily baggage handling operations for an Individual Carrier System (ICS), manage staff and subcontractors, ensure safety and system readiness, monitor KPIs via SCADA/VIBES/ITMC, drive continuous improvement, manage resources and budgets, produce SOPs and reports, and coordinate with maintenance and stakeholders to resolve failures and optimize performance.

Support Cross Belt Sorter (SCS) controls during site launches and hyper care. Troubleshoot incidents on-site and remotely, perform root-cause analysis, liaise between customers and service center, write incident reports, and help stabilize high-throughput automated systems while prioritizing safety and fast recovery.
