Advise leaders on employee relations, employment transfers, consultations, Workers Councils, compliance, documentation, and change management. Partner with legal advisors, project teams, HR organizations, and stakeholders to deliver program milestones and consistent employee outcomes. Apply French employment law, manage complex cases, and translate legal requirements into practical guidance.

Lead the U.S. Parcel Sales Engineering team and manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes for parcel automation across North America. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop competitive, customer-focused solutions and value propositions, oversee resource planning, talent development, proposal quality, timelines, and process standardization to drive successful project execution.

Lead design and implementation of automated control systems for large-scale material/baggage handling projects. Manage hardware, software (PLC/PC), networks, electrical design, documentation, subcontractors, commissioning, safety coordination, client communication, and project delivery on schedule and budget.
