Lead and develop a global Cost Controlling team (~10 direct reports) to manage a €1B global cost base. Drive planning, actuals, budgeting, forecasting, and deliver standardization, automation, and process improvements while partnering with Finance and senior stakeholders to increase cost transparency and decision-making.

Support development and delivery of RMR (Revision, Modification, Retrofit) projects by preparing concepts, pricing and sales engineering deliverables. Translate customer needs into solutions, coordinate internal bid teams, present technical proposals, and support project kick-offs. Manage multiple sales-phase projects, liaise with Pricing/Procurement/Engineering, and help secure and hand over won projects to Service Project Managers.
