Manage procurement throughout sales and project execution, ensuring timely, complete delivery of products and services. Lead RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and procurement planning. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project execution teams to identify sourcing strategies, address specification changes, manage long-lead items, and resolve supplier disruptions.

Leads Tier 2 SOC investigations, incident response, threat hunting, forensic analysis, malware reverse engineering, and detection-rule development. Escalates complex incidents, mentors Tier 1 analysts, coordinates containment and remediation, manages access and patch-related security activities, and produces incident reporting. The role also improves SOC processes, validates detections, applies threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK techniques, and supports continuous improvement in a 24/7 operational environment.

Six-month IT infrastructure internship supporting servers, virtual environments, networking, and customer infrastructure projects. Interns configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, create secure production environments, and work with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and high-availability clusters. The role provides hands-on experience alongside Infrastructure Specialists and allows focus on Linux, networking, firewalling, or CCTV.
