Lead quality initiatives to improve product reliability and process capability. Drive CAPA, root cause analyses, audits, supplier quality, NPI support, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects for automated material handling systems: own project plans, budgets, technical solutions and H&S. Provide technical leadership to internal and external teams, manage stakeholders, identify risks/opportunities, report progress, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Supports global RfX activities, including drafting tender documents, coordinating supplier timelines, consolidating responses, analyzing proposals and quotations, and supporting supplier selection. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards while improving processes across the Procurement Centre of Excellence. It requires collaboration with category managers, demand managers, engineering, project management, finance, planning, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
