Supports day-to-day academic operations for Vanderbilt’s summer Pre-College program, including meal procedures, logistics, student needs, administrative tasks, communication between academic and residential teams, and substitute proctor coverage. The role requires flexibility, collaboration, cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced residential or non-residential environment while walking across campus and assisting with student safety and engagement.

Oversees office operations and internal logistics for Vanderbilt Pre-College programming. Manages program assistants, communications, inventory, medication processes, transportation scheduling, records, and parent support. Designs workflows, trains staff, coordinates with leadership, enforces program policies, and helps maintain a safe, respectful residential academic environment for teens. Requires flexible weekend hours, physical mobility, lifting, background clearance, and successful completion of training for working with minors.
