Teams at Vana

Design and optimize the builder funnel to attract, onboard, engage, and retain developers and founders. Run programs (hackathons, cohorts), create onboarding resources, analyze KPIs to improve conversion and retention, and build partnerships to expand the ecosystem for decentralized AI and blockchain innovation.

Lead treasury, token, and capital strategy across fiat, stablecoins, and $VANA. Manage liquidity and market maker relationships, design hedging and yield programs, oversee accounting, compliance, audits, and financial reporting. Advise on tokenomics, build financial models and scenario analyses, support fundraising, and negotiate liquidity and investment deals to preserve runway and advance network stability.

Lead growth and engagement of Vana’s global community—primarily on Discord—by building and managing an ambassador program, organizing events and AMAs, moderating discussions, collaborating with marketing/product/partnerships, analyzing community metrics, and managing crisis communications and support teams to drive adoption and advocacy.
