Coordinate and oversee contractor and industrial projects from initiation to completion. Serve as liaison between customers and vendors, manage purchasing and order delivery, update schedules and drawings, prepare sales orders, provide progress reports, maintain customer relationships, analyze project orders, and support outside sales activities.

Own month-end/quarter/year-end close, prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, analyze results and drive improvements, support audits and tax compliance, document controls, and mentor team members.
