Manages customer relationships, supports existing accounts, identifies new business, coordinates sales, develops customer-specific selling strategies, analyzes buying patterns, and collaborates with inside sales and technicians. The role includes product demonstrations, project support, reporting, customer visits, relationship development, and maintaining technical knowledge. Approximately 15% travel is required for training and customer support.

Sells products and services to construction, contractor, OEM, and individual customers by phone and in-office. Manages inbound and outbound communications, assists with product selection, prepares quotes and orders, provides inventory and delivery information, maintains customer relationships, analyzes transaction reports, and coordinates with vendors and outside sales. Resolves customer issues, supports purchasing and order delivery, and provides sales data for database entry.

Manage multi-state leaves and accommodations from intake through return-to-work, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, USERRA and state leave laws. Serve as primary contact for employees and partners, coordinate pay/benefits with payroll and vendors, maintain confidential records in HRIS and leave systems, and facilitate ADA interactive processes and return-to-work coordination.
