Build and maintain customer relationships, support Account Managers, identify new sales opportunities, promote products, solve customer problems, conduct joint sales calls, maintain customer crib inventory, and occasionally make deliveries. The role requires strong communication, customer service, technology proficiency, independent work, and collaboration. Candidates need a two-year degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and preferably experience with Eclipse, electrical products, and RF guns.

Serves as a lifecycle services subject matter expert and trusted advisor for industrial customers. Identifies operational, reliability, workforce, and improvement needs; develops recommendations, business cases, proposals, and roadmaps; and advances service agreements and recurring revenue opportunities. Partners with account managers, suppliers, customer success, and delivery teams throughout opportunity development and adoption handoff. Maintains CRM activity, supports sales enablement, and contributes to lifecycle services portfolio and commercialization strategy.

Sells products and services to construction, contractor, and OEM customers through inbound and outbound communications. Responsibilities include advising on product selection, quoting prices and credit terms, preparing orders, providing stock and delivery information, managing customer relationships, reviewing transaction reports, coordinating with outside sales, and resolving order or customer issues. The role also involves vendor purchasing oversight, sales data entry, negotiation, and maintaining accurate account information.
