Provide friendly, timely customer service in a plumbing/hardware retail store. Assist customers, answer calls/pages, receive and stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness and displays, perform merchandise resets, and occasionally act as key holder. Must lift up to 40 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.

Provides specialized administrative support to the COO and senior staff: manages calendar and travel, drafts communications and reports, schedules and coordinates meetings, records minutes, prepares presentations and background materials, handles confidential correspondence, and coordinates executive workflows and meeting logistics.
