Manages delinquent, repossession, bankruptcy, and charged-off accounts through resolution. Contacts customers, negotiates payment arrangements and settlements, coordinates repossession vendors and legal partners, monitors recovery outcomes, maintains account documentation, prepares reports, supports audits and reconciliations, and ensures compliance with collection policies and regulations.

Provides front-office and clerical support at an automotive dealership by greeting customers, answering and routing calls, preparing documents, maintaining files, scanning vehicle deal paperwork, and supporting office employees. The role requires organization, reliability, adaptability to dealership software, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is part time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Supports dealership back-end operations through new-hire sales training, finance system assistance, Contracts in Transit management, banking relationships, system setup, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and training-material development. The role maintains platforms including Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, and Impact while helping dealerships follow documentation and compliance procedures.
