Provides administrative and organizational support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document and presentation preparation, action-item tracking, communications, recordkeeping, travel coordination, and confidential information handling. The role also supports leadership meetings, company activities, special projects, and office mail and package coordination.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and offboarding. Serves as a primary contact for routine HR matters, maintains confidential personnel documentation, coordinates HR processes and deadlines, supports managers with employee issues, and identifies process improvements while escalating sensitive matters to leadership.

Designs, implements, integrates, automates, and operates enterprise Unified Communications services for a U.S. Government agency. Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting and architecture leadership across Cisco and Microsoft UC platforms. Develops PowerShell scripts, Power Platform applications, API integrations, monitoring, reporting, alerting, and remediation workflows. Maintains technical documentation and provides guidance, training, and briefings to customers and technical teams. The position is fully on-site in Camp Springs, Maryland, and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust suitability.
