Handles daily accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment posting, vendor and customer account reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, collections follow-up, and financial record maintenance. Provides general accounting and office support, processes credit card transactions, manages documentation, and makes occasional bank deposits. Requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, professional communication, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Research and qualify prospective business leads, make outbound cold calls, update CRM and spreadsheets, communicate product benefits, provide feedback to management, and work independently on a commission and lifetime residual pay structure to drive client acquisition.

Lead regional growth by recruiting, training, and managing independent sales agents; build client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings; deliver merchant payment solutions; hit individual and team sales targets; collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and client success; represent the company at events and stay current on industry trends.
