Account for kinematics, inverse kinematics continuity, collision avoidance, external axes, calibration, sensor feedback, trajectory generation, and industrial robot integration. Debug on physical robots, create simulation/verification and logging infrastructure, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain reliable manufacturing automation.

Lead Valstad's maritime and defense commercial strategy: build relationships across shipyards, vessel owners, Navy, primes; identify and qualify opportunities; lead proposals, negotiations, and pilots; convert demonstrations into repeat production programs; coordinate with engineering and manufacturing; maintain pipeline and CRM; represent the company at industry and government forums.

Build full-stack applications that connect CAD models to robotic manufacturing: interactive 3D tools, backend services, CAD import and geometry pipelines, operator interfaces, revision and traceability systems, and integrations with robotics and factory systems. Own features from discovery through deployment and support.
