Lead Valon’s Cloud Infrastructure and Developer Infrastructure organizations. Define multi-year strategy across compute, storage, data platforms, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, and developer productivity. Manage managers and senior technical leaders, own roadmap and investment decisions, establish operational standards, guide architecture, recruit and develop talent, and partner with executive teams to scale secure, reliable infrastructure for regulated financial software.

Lead and grow the Developer Infrastructure team, owning strategy and execution for internal tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, release workflows, observability, and developer experience. The role combines people leadership with hands-on architecture, coding, debugging, mentoring, recruiting, cross-functional partnership, and platform reliability improvements.

Shape Valon’s mortgage servicing SaaS platform by translating servicing expertise and client needs into product requirements and improvements. Lead enterprise client engagements across sales demos, implementation, enablement, and post-launch support. Serve as a product and mortgage servicing expert, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, and tailor solutions for client outcomes. The role focuses on Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes and requires approximately 25–50% travel.
