Manage end-to-end recruitment and full employee lifecycle for India: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, HR operations, compliance (PF, ESI, POSH), employee engagement, performance appraisals, HRIS administration (BambooHR, Keka), asset and office administration, and coordination with finance and vendors to support scaling across Delhi NCR.

Lead design and execution of Valocity India's data quality strategy: governance, monitoring, validation, scorecards, external data source management, client data assurance, AI-assisted quality automation, and cross-functional remediation to ensure trustworthy property and financial datasets.

Provide proactive customer support and onboarding for brokers, valuers, and lenders; drive platform adoption and upsell data products; maintain CRM and usage monitoring; coordinate events, webinars, and product feedback; act as a trusted contact to retain customers and support go-to-market activities.
