Hands-on compound management: register, weigh, reformat, curate inventory, prepare assay-ready plates, maintain SOPs and records, interface with CROs/vendors, manage chemical building block inventory, design and troubleshoot liquid-handling/automation workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.
