Operate and maintain shot blasting equipment to prepare poles for painting, read blueprints, perform visual quality checks, complete paperwork, assist with masking and crane operation, follow safety/PPE procedures (including supplied air hood FIT/PFT), and collaborate with finishing and paint teams.

Provide administrative support to the Quality Department: manage records, review and approve data, issue corrective actions, prepare certifications and reports, track trends and root cause data, schedule inspections/audits, and respond to quality data requests.

Create and maintain production schedules, coordinate with production, procurement and logistics, resolve MRP exceptions, monitor progress, optimize schedules using IFS/DRP tools, communicate updates to stakeholders, support continuous improvement and ensure safety and quality compliance.
