Accountable for site financial reporting and analysis including income statements, balance sheets, inventory valuation, margin and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, SOX controls, and working capital management. Leads month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and operational finance reporting, supports plant operations, manages one accounting associate, and participates in capital planning and special projects. Domestic travel up to 10%.

Design, program, and support PLC/HMI/SCADA-based control systems for manufacturing equipment. Participate in capital projects, develop control logic and documentation, commission systems, troubleshoot automation, integrate robotics, motion control, vision, and industrial networks, and support Industry 4.0/IIoT initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers while applying safety standards and continuous improvement.

The Design Engineer will conduct structural analysis and design for utility transmission structures, manage workflows, interpret specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.
