Manage strategic accounts across Nebraska and the eastern United States, serving as the primary customer contact and building long-term relationships. Develop account plans, identify sales opportunities, coordinate cross-functional solution delivery, resolve customer issues, monitor performance, and prepare forecasts and reports. The role requires agricultural industry expertise, complex sales management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and regular travel throughout the territory.

Performs structural analysis, design, review, and approval for telecom towers, monopoles, foundations, and related structures. Interprets customer requirements, geotechnical data, codes, and manufacturing constraints to develop safe and cost-effective solutions. Coordinates designs through drafting and manufacturing, supports customers and cross-functional teams, investigates field issues, leads selected product-development and process-improvement initiatives, validates engineering automation tools, and mentors less-experienced technical staff.

Provides phone and live-chat technical support for AgSense products, assisting dealers and customers with installation, troubleshooting, website and app navigation, and hardware or software issues. Creates RMA requests, documents warranty claims, analyzes call data, assembles equipment, trains staff and dealers on new features, and escalates issues when necessary. The role is office-based in Huron, South Dakota, with no travel required.
