Manage profitable, safe manufacturing operations including staffing, scheduling, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), inventory/MRO control, and cross-functional collaboration to meet productivity and financial goals.

Operate and lead production in the Pultrusion Composite department: set up and tend machines, enforce safety and OSHA/DHEC compliance, drive Lean improvements, perform equipment and safety inspections, manage staffing/overtime, complete quality documentation, and audit standard work to meet on-time delivery.
