Leads irrigation production operations, overseeing safety, quality, production, shipping and receiving, scheduling, maintenance, staffing, and lean initiatives. Manages resources, expenses, compliance, performance reporting, employee training, and continuous improvement. Coaches and develops production personnel and supervisors, supports engagement and culture, and may oversee up to 60 direct reports. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and hands-on operational problem solving.

Performs GMAW tack welding and fit-up of pole assemblies, including positioning shafts, attaching components, cutting steel with plasma equipment, interpreting drawings, and verifying measurements. Uses cranes, grinders, buffers, and drills while following PPE, safety, and LOTO procedures. The role requires manufacturing or fabrication welding experience, successful completion of a GMAW rotational weld test, drawing interpretation, manufacturing math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads investor relations and capital markets activities, including earnings, conferences, roadshows, investor communications, financial analysis, market intelligence, and executive messaging. Partners with senior leadership, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Communications, analysts, and investors to develop materials, monitor sentiment, analyze market and shareholder trends, and provide strategic recommendations. Manages complex IR projects and stakeholder communications while maintaining accurate disclosure and reporting processes.
