Provide Level 2/3 production support for critical payment and financial messaging applications. Configure payment routing, message formats, access controls, and system parameters; troubleshoot SWIFT MT/MX messages, transaction failures, reconciliation issues, and connectivity problems. Monitor system health, analyze logs and SQL data, support integrations and releases, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation and audit evidence, and resolve incidents within SLA requirements. The role includes rotating shifts, on-call support, and occasional weekend or holiday coverage.

Provide Level 2/3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and critical banking applications. Troubleshoot incidents, logs, integrations, server issues, and data problems; perform root-cause analysis; support releases, hotfixes, change management, and post-deployment validation. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, middleware, InfoSec, risk, compliance, audit, business, and vendor teams. Maintain documentation and audit evidence, meet SLAs and KPIs, and participate in on-call or shift-based support.

Provides L2/L3 production support for card management, ATM, POS, and payment applications. Troubleshoots card services, transaction processing, authorization, clearing, reversals, reconciliation, and settlement issues using ISO 8583 analysis, SQL, and application logs. Supports integrations with payment platforms and core banking systems, coordinates incident resolution across technical teams, validates production releases, maintains documentation, and participates in rotating shifts and on-call support.
