Supervises day-to-day agronomy facility operations, including crop product sales support, inventory, safety and maintenance records, OSHA and D.O.T. compliance, spraying, spreading, delivery, staffing, and equipment utilization. Builds customer relationships, communicates products and services, supports employees, delegates workloads, and helps achieve operational and safety goals.

Provides administrative and customer support by handling high-volume calls, establishing accounts, processing delivery and service orders, resolving complaints, supporting retention, maintaining sales, inventory, billing, and field records, and following credit, confidentiality, and company policy requirements.

Provides first-line technical support to employees and customers. Installs and troubleshoots end-user devices, printers, hardware, software, and network connectivity; analyzes and resolves routine problems; documents work; supports projects; trains users; manages system changes; coordinates with vendors; and travels between locations as needed.

Operate custom application equipment to load, mix, and apply lime and fertilizer to customer fields safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Maintain application logs, read field maps and GPS devices, handle hazardous materials, inspect equipment, perform minor repairs, follow labels and safety procedures, and provide professional customer service. Extended hours may be required.

Manage warehouse inventory, product rotation, propane railcar unloading, truck loading and unloading, merchandise receiving, storage, and shipment preparation. Assist customers with propane, fuel, parts, and fittings orders. Operate forklifts and hand trucks, inspect equipment, maintain gas service areas, document discrepancies, and keep facilities clean, organized, and safe while following DOT load securement requirements.

Operates custom application equipment to safely and accurately apply fertilizer and pesticides to customer fields. Loads and mixes formulas, follows product labels, maintains application records, reads field maps and GPS devices, handles hazardous materials, inspects equipment, performs minor repairs, and works extended hours as needed while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
