The role operates in plant, shop, and office environments, includes an on-call rotation, and requires less than 5% travel.

Develops and commercializes whey protein products from concept through launch. Plans and conducts bench, pilot, and plant trials; analyzes results; improves processes, formulations, yields, and costs; and provides technical support. Maintains product formulas, specifications, procedures, and documentation. Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams on innovation, ingredients, and technologies. Prepares management reports, supports product strategy, and trains colleagues. The role operates across office, laboratory, and plant environments with occasional travel.
