Provide one-on-one in-home care for local seniors: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility; offer companionship; prepare meals; perform light housekeeping; provide medication reminders; and drive clients to errands and appointments.

Develop and maintain referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, nursing directors, and community partners to drive homecare referrals. Execute in-person visits, cold calls, marketing events, lunch-and-learns, social media posts, and sales reporting. Document activity in homecare software, support marketing efforts, attend community events, and occasionally cover shifts. Role is ~90% field-based.

Provide one-on-one in-home or facility care for seniors and individuals with disabilities: personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and mobility assistance. Flexible shifts (4/8/12 hours), full- and part-time. Requires basic certifications and successful background and drug screens.
