Processes and verifies purchase-of-service requests and vendor invoices, ensuring prior authorization, contract-rate accuracy, and balanced entries. Provides billing and fiscal support to vendors and staff, participates in accrual and check processing, maintains fiscal files and tracking spreadsheets, generates financial reports, and performs clerical support for the Finance team.

Performs financial analysis, reporting, auditing, and compliance activities for regional center fiscal operations. Prepares financial, operational, and Purchase of Service reports; monitors payments and receivables; supports vendor, independent, and DDS audits; reviews transactions for regulatory and contractual compliance; and recommends improvements to financial controls, policies, procedures, databases, and reporting processes.
