Provides first-line technical support to faculty, staff, students, and parents across school campuses. Responsibilities include ticket escalation, technology deployment and maintenance, inventory management, storage organization, and general technology assistance. The role supports iPads, Windows computers, Microsoft 365, and basic wired and wireless networking, with preferred experience in classroom support, imaging, JAMF, and help desk platforms.

Provides audio, video, and lighting support for school events and productions; troubleshoots equipment, manages support tickets, and deploys, maintains, and inventories campus technology. Supports faculty, staff, students, and parents while operating event production systems. Requires occasional evening and weekend work, physical campus activity, and customer-focused technical assistance.

Supports the Director of Technology by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, classroom technology, applications, and network systems. Manages Windows Server Active Directory and network configurations, resolves Tier 2 support tickets, performs system maintenance, assists with escalations and technology projects, and supports campus-wide upgrades. The role also provides customer service to faculty, staff, and students and requires occasional travel between campuses and related locations.
