Lead Valley's social strategy and roadmap, translate business priorities into platform-native content and annual plans, manage editorial calendar and governance, guide creative and compliance, oversee execution with agencies/tools, monitor sentiment and performance, and deliver executive reporting to optimize reach, engagement, and business impact.

Provide front-line client support for private banking: handle online account openings, account maintenance, wires, client inquiries, data entry, recordkeeping, administrative tasks, and ensure BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and reporting.

Design and build responsive frontends and backend microservices using C#/.NET and Python, leverage AI tools for development, manage CI/CD and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), ensure scalability, security, and monitoring, and collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure and TechOps teams.
