Teams at Valley Bank

Manages commercial lending transactions from approval through closing and ongoing servicing. Coordinates stakeholders, reviews loan and closing documentation, supports due diligence and regulatory requirements, ensures proper funding and booking, reconciles accruals and cash positions, and resolves transaction issues. Maintains loan files, processes payments, draws, and payoffs, and communicates with lenders and operations teams to support timely, accurate closings.

Develops new commercial banking business, grows and services loan portfolios, cross-sells bank products, structures and negotiates lending facilities, prepares credit approval packages, analyzes borrower financial information, monitors credit quality, and oversees loan closings. Builds referral networks, maintains client relationships, and ensures lending documentation accurately reflects approved terms.

Leads enterprise crisis management during significant events, including activation, escalation, response coordination, executive briefings, impact tracking, and decision support. Develops crisis-management frameworks, playbooks, notification protocols, and governance. Designs exercises, conducts after-action reviews, and drives measurable resilience improvements. Partners with Technology, Cyber, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Communications, and third parties to integrate crisis response with continuity, recovery, regulatory, and operational resilience capabilities.
