Services and markets an assigned book of commercial insurance business, analyzes policy forms and coverage gaps, recommends solutions, manages renewals, documents workflows, monitors reports, and maintains client and carrier relationships. The role negotiates with insurance underwriters, presents coverage analyses to clients, trains staff, and supports department goals. Strong commercial insurance expertise, an insurance broker’s license, and eight years of agency experience are required.

Manage strategic and ad hoc Risk and Compliance projects, reporting, metrics, regulatory issue tracking, committee coordination, training content, and regulatory research. The role maintains confidential documentation, monitors action items, supports executive updates, and identifies process improvements using data analysis tools.

Leads regional growth across Corporate Banking and Commercial Real Estate, overseeing portfolio health, profitability, customer metrics, sales strategy, business development, recruiting, retention, coaching, and relationship management. Establishes regional strategy, manages sales pipelines, develops referral sources, and supports customer meetings. Oversees credit approval and monitoring, manages risk mitigation, approves credit within authority, and reviews submissions for credit committee. Requires strong banking, lending, leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
