Organizes data in OneDrive and SharePoint, communicates insights to nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborates with business and IT teams on recurring and ad hoc projects.

Supports daily distribution center, warehouse, and order fulfillment operations. Researches and resolves inquiries, shipping errors, non-conforming orders, inventory variances, freight claims, and accounts payable issues. Coordinates priority shipments, courier arrangements, vendors, carriers, order workflows, document retention, inventory synchronization, and cycle count metrics. Also tracks attendance, reconciles expenses, maintains reports, and supports operational projects while ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and adherence to procedures.

Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B customer accounts to ensure timely receivables collection, resolve complex payment discrepancies, execute customer-specific collection strategies, monitor credit limits in ERP, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service/Finance, use analytics and automation tools to drive collections, prepare monthly reports, and support process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
