Provide exceptional service to assigned customers by processing orders, monitoring deliveries, resolving order issues, generating leads, preparing quotes, upselling, ensuring billing and AR resolution, maintaining service KPI compliance, supporting implementations, and enabling cross-functional communication to grow sales and reduce churn.

Manage and grow assigned territory by generating new business (30% of selling time), maintaining existing accounts (up to 55%), maximizing account profitability, using CRM for full territory management, supporting manufacturer relationships, and handling limited administrative tasks (≤15%). Ensure safety compliance and participate in trade shows and product training.
