The Procurement Analyst drives sourcing strategies, manages cost data, provides negotiation support, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance cost savings.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Encon Safety Products, achieve sales and market-share goals, manage distributors and manufacturers’ representatives, pursue leads, support proposals and negotiations, and recommend distribution and product strategies. The role requires building relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams while traveling domestically and internationally for customer visits, trade shows, and industry meetings.

Lead enterprise change and project initiatives using structured change management (ADKAR/Prosci). Manage project plans, adoption metrics, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
