Performs daily VMI inventory counts, scans and uploads data, verifies purchase orders, picks and packs orders, loads trucks, and delivers and stocks products at customer locations. Handles returns, shipping and receiving, documentation, damaged merchandise, inventory support, warehouse housekeeping, and safety compliance. The role requires physical lifting, customer interaction, valid driving credentials, and occasional overtime or off-hours work.

Performs data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions. Develops advanced Excel reports, VBA automation, Power BI dashboards, and DAX measures. Uses Power Platform tools and collaborates with business and IT stakeholders on regular and ad hoc projects. Organizes shared data, communicates insights to nontechnical audiences, and manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Manages customer relationships, processes purchase orders, monitors product availability and deliveries, resolves service issues, and supports sales growth. Identifies upselling and cost-saving opportunities, prepares quotes and proposals, generates leads, provides post-sale support, monitors performance metrics, manages billing and receivables issues, ensures contract and pricing compliance, and assists with account implementations and strategic initiatives.
