Drive new business and manage existing accounts within an assigned territory. Execute territory and annual account plans, maximize account profitability and share-of-wallet, track activity in CRM, attend trade shows, and ensure compliance with health, safety and product training requirements. Manage up to 50 accounts meeting or able to reach a $25,000/year sales threshold.

Provides customer service and sales support for assigned industrial distribution customers. Responsibilities include growing accounts, developing new business, processing high volumes of accurate transactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, coordinating vendor deliveries, tracking orders and purchase orders, supporting RFPs and proposals, and maintaining product knowledge. The role also requires compliance with workplace health, safety, environmental, WHMIS, and TDG requirements.

Manages marketing campaigns, sales enablement, brand adherence, website content and functionality, CRM and lead-tracking systems, trade shows, marketing collateral, reporting, and supplier-partner programs. Supports sales, operations, and product teams while creating training materials and overseeing agencies, contractors, or marketing staff.
