Originates and processes mortgage loans while supporting mortgage department production. Responsibilities include prospecting, client interviews, financial analysis, mortgage product recommendations, loan closing, post-sale follow-up, referral generation, vendor communication, transaction documentation, sales tracking, and compliance with mortgage lending regulations. Requires knowledge of loan documentation, FHA lending, financial statements, banking regulations, and mortgage products.
