Lead design, accreditation, and daily operation of a CLIA/CAP clinical laboratory. Build lab infrastructure, validate complex molecular assays (including 10x single-cell and spatial RNA-seq), establish QMS/SOPs, obtain CAP/CLIA/NY approvals, recruit and lead lab staff, and integrate lab outputs with bioinformatics for patient-facing reporting.

Analyze multi-modal patient omics (scRNA-seq, spatial, long-read), produce patient-facing actionable reports, build reproducible analytical pipelines, collaborate with scientific and clinical teams, and incorporate new omics methods to scale diagnostic programs.

Lead the engineering org, define technical strategy and roadmap, own architecture, cloud and data pipelines, drive product delivery, hire and mentor engineers, collaborate with computational biology, remain hands-on in code and architecture, and support company-wide initiatives.

Lead patient-facing translational interpretation of multi-omic tumor profiles to prioritize standard-of-care, trials, and other therapeutic options. Synthesize clinical trial and biomarker evidence, communicate findings to patients and care teams, partner with computational biology, coach team members, draft internal evidence summaries, and inform R&D and product development.

Build full-stack applications and backend infrastructure to expose molecular and bioinformatics insights. Develop AI-powered front-end interfaces, maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines, partner with computational biologists, and own end-to-end feature delivery with high engineering standards.

Translate complex molecular profiles into evidence-based treatment strategies for oncology patients. Prioritize SOC, trials, and access options; interpret clinical trial evidence; collaborate with computational biologists; produce evidence summaries, playbooks, and communicate recommendations to patients and clinicians.
