Synthesize clinical trial and biomarker evidence, communicate findings to patients and care teams, partner with computational biology, coach team members, draft internal evidence summaries, and inform R&D and product development.

Translate complex molecular profiles into evidence-based treatment strategies for oncology patients. Prioritize SOC, trials, and access options; interpret clinical trial evidence; collaborate with computational biologists; produce evidence summaries, playbooks, and communicate recommendations to patients and clinicians.

Analyze multi-modal patient omics (scRNA-seq, spatial, long-read), produce patient-facing actionable reports, build reproducible analytical pipelines, collaborate with scientific and clinical teams, and incorporate new omics methods to scale diagnostic programs.
