The FP&A Manager will provide strategic financial insights, creating and managing complex models while leveraging AI for reporting. They will partner with executives to drive informed business decisions and improve financial operations.

Senior Chief of Staff partnering with the CTO to represent him in executive forums, run operating rhythms, lead strategic initiatives, synchronize engineering/product/data strategy (especially AI), produce C‑suite materials, and ensure follow-through across a global organization. Requires judgement to act with CTO authority, build senior relationships, and drive high‑impact outcomes.

Lead strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features across Validity's products. Drive discovery, prototype with LLMs and agents, design multi-agent systems, partner with engineering to move prototypes to production, prioritize by impact and complexity, conduct customer research, and measure product success.
