Own algorithms from research and prototyping through scalable online production systems. The role requires strong statistical modeling, Python, advanced SQL, production ML experience, and willingness to learn Rust.

Own post-sale relationships for enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal. Lead implementations, drive adoption and value, identify expansion use cases, collaborate with Sales, and relay customer feedback to Product while building the Customer Success playbook.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, build and manage pipeline and account plans, engage C-level stakeholders, run demos and proof-of-value with Sales Engineering, navigate complex buying processes, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events.
