Own end-to-end global talent acquisition for go-to-market roles across sales, marketing, and customer success in the US and Europe. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, stakeholder partnership, candidate coordination, offer management, agency collaboration, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. The role requires recruitment expertise in startup or scaleup environments, global hiring experience, and familiarity with data, AI, or technical B2B SaaS businesses.

Own and scale Validio’s partner ecosystem across technology partners, systems integrators, and consulting firms. Manage strategic relationships, negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate technical integrations, lead joint go-to-market initiatives, enable partner sellers, manage cloud marketplace presence, and track partner-sourced pipeline. Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and external stakeholders while reporting partnership performance to leadership.

Build and deploy production machine-learning models for anomaly detection, profiling, SQL generation, lineage parsing, and change-point detection. Own algorithms from research and prototyping through scalable online production systems. Analyze model performance without labeled data, optimize SQL and runtime performance across data warehouses, and collaborate directly with customer-facing teams. The role requires strong statistical modeling, Python, advanced SQL, production ML experience, and willingness to learn Rust.
