Strong English and French communication skills, consulting experience, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools are required.

Leads complex ITSM and enterprise service management consulting engagements, including executive discovery, outcome architecture, governance, maturity assessments, roadmaps, and value measurement. Advises customers on ITIL practices, Atlassian solutions, CMDB strategy, operating models, adoption, and platform governance. The role also supports complex pursuits, reviews consulting artifacts, improves methodology and stage gates, coaches consultants, and contributes to practice development and quality standards.

Own and scale Valiantys’ global SDLC and Developer Experience practice. Define strategy, build repeatable consulting offerings and intellectual property, lead regional practice teams, support strategic sales, conduct executive discovery, and guide clients through DevOps, AI-enabled software delivery, Atlassian modernization, governance, and developer experience transformations.
