Trainee in production methods responsible for maintaining and updating assembly process documentation, applying continuous improvement, and monitoring production machinery to meet customer requirements and product quality.

Entry-level trainee supporting senior staff with operational and administrative tasks. Conduct research and data analysis, prepare reports and presentations, participate in team meetings, learn company policies, collaborate cross-functionally, suggest process improvements, and support ad-hoc projects to gain practical experience across business functions.

Trainee supports systems engineering: review internal/customer requirements and specs, perform design/validation and CAN log analysis, support technical architecture and design reviews, run simulations/calculations/tests, ensure traceability, and report progress and risks.
