Support and maintain SAP modules related to R&D (PS, PLM, QM); troubleshoot issues with engineers and IT; perform data entry/validation, reporting, testing, documentation, end-user training, and identify process improvements.

Support analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes through time studies, ergonomic assessments, data collection, and lean initiatives. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve process issues, help implement process controls, and assist in training production personnel.

Lead Lean strategy implementation and digitalization projects in manufacturing. Develop solutions for process improvement and productivity. Mentor teams and ensure data integrity for performance monitoring.
