Lead the transformation of HR operations by simplifying processes, improving service quality and employee experience, creating SOPs and service frameworks, strengthening governance, using data to drive decisions, and managing projects and stakeholders to deliver sustainable HR service improvements.

Own and grow key grocery accounts, lead commercial negotiations and joint business planning, drive branded and customer-specific growth, collaborate cross-functionally on NPD, supply chain and marketing, and monitor foodservice/out-of-home trends to spot opportunities.
