Lead marketing strategy and brand stewardship for Valeo Foods’ crisps and snacks portfolio, including KETTLE and private-label brands. Own financial targets, market share growth, annual strategy reviews, brand plans, budgets, consumer engagement, and board reporting. Build and coach a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally and managing internal and external stakeholders. The role requires regular visits to Norwich and may be based near any UK site.

Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, engineering work, contractors, compliance activities, and daily engineering schedules at a food manufacturing site. Maintain accurate records, ensure work is completed on time, support food safety and audit requirements, and coordinate with production to minimise disruption. The role serves as the central point of contact for engineering activity, ensuring maintenance tasks, contractor visits, and compliance actions are planned, scheduled, and followed through.

Lead commercial finance support across revenue, pricing, margin, NPD, demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Partner with Sales and operational teams to analyze performance, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitable growth. Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, product margin insights, trade investment commentary, and balance sheet reviews while influencing non-finance stakeholders and supporting strategic projects.
