Manage and grow strategically important employer-market accounts within the Member Experience business. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, drive retention and expansion, lead strategic reviews, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client value. Advise clients on member engagement, healthcare navigation, benefit strategies, utilization, affordability, and outcomes. Maintain account forecasts, pipelines, risks, and relationship plans while achieving retention, revenue growth, and strategic account objectives.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities among employers, brokers, consultants, and healthcare organizations through outbound outreach, research, events, referrals, and inbound campaigns. Conducts discovery conversations, nurtures prospects, maintains Salesforce records, and hands qualified opportunities to Sales leaders. Partners with Marketing and commercial teams to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion while developing expertise in healthcare cost-management solutions.

Manage and grow strategic Payment Integrity accounts within the self-funded healthcare market. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, drive retention and expansion, lead business reviews, identify client risks and opportunities, and communicate financial and operational value. Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Operations, and Revenue teams while maintaining account forecasts, pipelines, and strategic records. The role is remote, US-based, and requires approximately 30% travel.
