Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating reliable backend services, distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. The role includes architectural leadership, observability, security and compliance practices, CI/CD, performance troubleshooting, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring engineers. The engineer will own complex projects end to end while remaining deeply hands-on in a fast-growing startup environment.

Lead design and implementation of backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems. Own service lifecycles, CI/CD, container orchestration, observability, and infrastructure-as-code. Diagnose performance and reliability issues, mentor engineers, write ADRs and docs, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
