Supervises hotel food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and minibars. Responsibilities include leading staff, coordinating events, managing inventory, training employees, resolving guest concerns, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with food safety, alcohol service, hotel, and workplace safety standards.

Maintains cleanliness and organization in hotel kitchen and food preparation areas. Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment; sanitizes workspaces; stocks supplies; monitors chemical levels; and reports safety concerns. Supports food service operations, collaborates with kitchen staff, assists with training, follows safety procedures, and maintains a professional attitude with guests and team members. Requires frequent standing and walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supports hotel housekeeping operations by delivering linens, supplies, guest requests, and laundry; collecting trash and dirty linen; vacuuming and cleaning corridors; assisting with room readiness, furniture movement, carpet care, and room stripping. Maintains housekeeping storage areas, equipment, safety standards, master-key security, task records, and communication with supervisors while providing courteous guest service across day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
