Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy to drive room, banquet, catering, and group revenue. Manages sales teams, budgets, forecasting, market analysis, marketing campaigns, public relations, events, account development, revenue initiatives, and community relationships. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff while ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, effective cross-department coordination, and achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Leads all human resources functions for a full-service hotel, including California employment-law and payroll compliance, employee relations, investigations, records, workers’ compensation, leave administration, recruitment, benefits, training, and HR reporting. Partners with hotel leadership to support staffing, engagement, retention, risk management, and operational goals. Requires hands-on California compliance expertise and independent management of complex HR matters.
