Manage full-cycle recruiting across a region, partner with stakeholders, source candidates, run hiring events, and maintain compliance in processes. Track recruiting metrics and promote employer branding.

Support daily accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, general ledger analysis, cash management, cost accounting, consolidations, and assistance with tax and audit tasks. Participate in Finance and IT system upgrades and ensure accurate entries per company policies. Occasional travel and potential weekend/evening work required.

Review customer specifications and purchase orders for compliance; develop detailed manufacturing and assembly work instructions for complex machine and aircraft components; analyze engineering drawings/models, maintain MRP database, generate work orders and certification documents; plan and schedule departmental workflow and provide technical support to internal teams and vendors.
