Supports quality operations by maintaining records, preparing audit evidence, tracking nonconformances, performing gap analyses, maintaining procedures and controlled documents, assisting calibration and purchasing functions, training inspectors, and supporting root-cause corrective actions. The role interacts with auditors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams while monitoring approvals, customer feedback, training data, and quality improvement activities. ITAR compliance is required.

Processes and masks parts according to work orders, specifications, blueprints, and supervisor instructions. Inspects incoming parts for damage, completes required paperwork, and safely handles hazardous materials in compliance with regulations. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Operate sandblasting machines to enhance part surfaces, select equipment and media based on customer requirements, perform media tests and specimen runs, address production issues, coordinate processing timelines, communicate recovery dates, and complete basic preventative maintenance. The role is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, in hot shop conditions and requires compliance with ITAR access requirements.
