Lead end-to-end enterprise AI solutions for an LLM-powered coaching platform: design, implement, and evaluate prompts, memory/knowledge patterns, and coaching flows; architect reusable components; define evaluation/guardrails; collaborate with Product and AI Engineering; mentor colleagues and measure deployment outcomes.

Contract Facilitator delivers live webinars, group and occasional 1:1 coaching, and training for enterprise clients. After brief training, run 1–1.5 hour sessions, drive engagement and satisfaction, advise clients on product use, and support adoption and expansion through strong virtual facilitation and client relationships.

Design and own Valence's marketing creative across social, email, web, events, and sales materials. Build website mock-ups and event collateral, maintain brand system and templates, use generative AI for rapid prototyping, and partner with marketing, sales, and product to produce enterprise-ready creative.
