Lead end-to-end execution of combined-cycle and gas turbine projects from development through COD. Manage EPC contractors and OEMs, maintain scope/schedule/budget for $300M–$1B+ projects, coordinate engineering and construction activities, ensure HSE and regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional decision-making to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting performance guarantees.

Oversee on-site construction execution for power and heavy industrial projects, ensuring contract compliance, cost control, schedule, quality, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Support project managers with schedules, billing, cost monitoring, RFIs/NCRs, logistics, and meeting documentation.

Lead electrical design for municipal facilities and infrastructure, producing calculations, construction drawings, estimates and bill of materials. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, mentor junior engineers, support client meetings, and help maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from concept through construction.
