Supports construction project managers and coordinators by monitoring costs, schedules, risks, quality, procurement, safety, and project performance. Provides field technical support, develops procedures and training materials, prepares project reports, manages project controls information, coordinates stakeholders, and assists with initiating, executing, transitioning, and closing large-scale construction projects. The role also supports governance, communication, resource coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Provides administrative support to management and teams, including budget assistance, travel requests, meeting room bookings, timesheet and expense entry, systems support, staff changes, correspondence, and secretarial duties. Uses word processing, spreadsheet, ERP, and other business systems while organizing work, researching information, and making decisions within assigned authority.

Directs project scheduling and controls, including baseline development, schedule analysis, cost and schedule forecasting, risk management, contract performance assessment, variance analysis, reporting, and corrective or predictive action planning. Serves as a scheduling subject matter expert, integrates project management systems, develops scheduling tools, and supports stakeholder decision-making across the project lifecycle.
