Teams at Valcourt Group

Manages daily branch office operations for a specialty contracting business. Supports project managers and field teams with documentation, scheduling, communication, contracts, purchase orders, billing, payroll records, vendor coordination, compliance files, supplies, reports, and general administrative workflows. Also assists with HR administration, safety documentation, onboarding, and office communications.

Develops new business by prospecting target customers, qualifying leads, building sales pipelines, managing relationships, attending networking and industry events, and presenting proposals. Partners with marketing, sales, and estimating teams to prepare bids and project documentation. Tracks sales KPIs in CRM, performs building take-offs, gathers job-site information, and supports opportunity negotiations. Requires construction or waterproofing experience, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and regional travel.
