Manage assigned commercial accounts for window cleaning and exterior maintenance, drive revenue through proactive sales, proposals and RFPs, develop client relationships, collaborate with operations for service delivery, and pursue market development through networking.

Develop new business in construction/waterproofing by prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships, coordinating with estimating, preparing proposals, attending events, tracking KPIs, and representing the company at networking functions.

The Business Development Manager will develop new customer relationships, manage sales activities, and prepare proposals while collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.
