Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, credit checks, forecasting, bad debt analysis, policies, performance metrics, and compliance. Lead and train AR staff, support NetSuite and Salesforce implementations, reduce DSO, maintain accurate records, and build relationships with operations and management.

Drive revenue growth through proactive sales, strategic account management, and client service for commercial window cleaning and exterior maintenance services. Manage assigned accounts, resolve service issues, identify and close new business, and upsell additional services. Prepare proposals, bids, and RFP responses; develop client relationships through communication, site visits, and events; and collaborate with operations to ensure successful service delivery.

Provides on-site HR support for a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce across assigned locations. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, bilingual orientations and training, employee relations, leave and workers’ compensation coordination, performance programs, compliance audits, HR reporting, records management, benefits and payroll issue resolution, transfers, and offboarding. Coaches supervisors, identifies compliance risks, manages statutory deadlines, and escalates sensitive matters to regional HR leadership. Travel between locations and jobsites is approximately 30–40%.
