Provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications in a 24x7 environment. Monitor production systems, proactively resolve incidents, and perform incident, service request, problem, and change management. The role requires strong COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM experience, familiarity with batch processing and job scheduling tools, and customer-facing stakeholder management skills. The position is remote and requires advanced English proficiency.

Leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and micro frontends using React, Node.js, JavaScript, and modern UI technologies. Provides hands-on technical leadership, drives architecture, performance, accessibility, security, code quality, and CI/CD practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients, mentors developers, coordinates delivery, manages technical standards, and supports solution planning, estimation, and innovation initiatives.

Performs functional and automated web testing within Agile teams. Creates and executes test cases, identifies automation candidates, develops Selenium-based scripts with AI assistance, reports and triages defects, and supports priorities set by the Test Lead. Requires strong testing fundamentals, Python, Selenium, UI, backend, API, and GitHub experience. TypeScript, Robot Framework, Azure, and CI/CD are preferred.
