Partner cross-functionally to align requirements, identify and mitigate risks, track supplier performance, and lead recovery and improvement plans for schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability as Valar scales from pilot to serial production.

Define and own secondary flow passages and seal procurement for turbomachinery. Perform trade studies on seal configurations, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver manufacturable, high-efficiency, robust designs.

Lead development and execution of high-fidelity CFD and conjugate heat-transfer simulations (Ansys Fluent) for reactor thermal-hydraulics. Establish V&V per ASME V&V 20, perform mesh-convergence studies, produce NQA-1/10 CFR 50 Appendix B–quality analysis packages, mentor junior analysts, and integrate CFD results with neutronics, systems (Flownex) and structural (FEA) workflows to support design, safety, and licensing.
