Manage infrastructure and facility projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Own project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, change orders, RFIs, contractor coordination, design reviews, procurement, construction sequencing, and reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring safety, quality, operational readiness, and successful commissioning. Support cost control, critical-path recovery, punch-list completion, documentation, training, and asset turnover.

Leads multidisciplinary infrastructure and facility design from feasibility and master planning through construction, commissioning, and turnover. Manages architects, engineers, consultants, design reviews, technical decisions, constructability, value engineering, submittals, and design changes. Partners with construction, procurement, operations, manufacturing, EHS, and finance to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective, and maintainable facilities. Establishes scalable infrastructure standards and serves as the primary design interface for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Develop and maintain production, manufacturing, and project schedules across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations. Track progress, dependencies, critical paths, constraints, material availability, and schedule variances. Create look-ahead plans, forecasts, dashboards, scenario analyses, and recovery plans while incorporating engineering changes and manufacturing readiness. Support prototype and production hardware planning, maintain schedule integrity, and improve scalable scheduling processes in a complex technical manufacturing environment.
