Leads the multidisciplinary modeling and simulation organization across CFD, FEA, thermal-hydraulics, and neutronics for advanced nuclear reactor development. Owns technical strategy, multiphysics integration, verification and validation, quality, licensing readiness, budget, tooling, and delivery. Builds and mentors the team, integrates analysis with design, manufacturing, construction, and licensing, and ensures simulation outputs translate into validated, constructible, and operable hardware.

Own legal operations infrastructure, including capitalization table management, routine agreements, entity governance, corporate insurance, contract lifecycle systems, compliance calendars, export control support, and board materials. Build scalable legal playbooks, templates, workflows, and processes while coordinating with Finance, HR, vendors, the General Counsel, and business teams.

Own enterprise identity and access management strategy using Microsoft Entra ID. Design SCIM provisioning, SSO integrations, RBAC models, conditional access, MFA, AWS federation, and automated license workflows. Map Palantir Foundry and Polarion permissions to Entra groups, conduct access reviews and audits, troubleshoot integrations, document architecture, and partner with application owners and stakeholders on governance and access requirements.
